About Us
ミャンマー人に特化した介護人材の受入れと定着化支援を通じて、ミャンマーの若者の経済的自立を支援すると共に、兵庫県の介護人材不足を解消します。
兵庫県に根ざした人材紹介・登録支援機関として、求職者と受入施設の双方に寄り添います。 Through specialized recruitment and settlement support for Myanmar care workers, we support the economic independence of Myanmar youth while addressing the care worker shortage in Hyogo. As a Hyogo-based agency, we stand by both job seekers and receiving facilities.

日本語教師養成講座修了後、ミャンマーの日本語学校で約3年間講師として従事。指導した卒業生50名余りが現在日本で活躍しています。来日後は卒業生への病院付き添い・生活習慣の説明・職場での困りごと対応など「家族のような繋がり」を築き、NPO法人アジアの輪を設立・運営（2019〜2022年）。その経験を活かし、2023年に一般社団法人WEBカウンデを設立。現在は代表業務に専念し、ミャンマー人材の就労支援・定着支援に取り組んでいます。 After completing a Japanese language teacher training course, he served as an instructor at a Japanese language school in Myanmar for about three years, with over 50 graduates now working in Japan. He built family-like bonds with graduates in Japan — accompanying them to hospitals, explaining life customs, and handling workplace issues. He founded NPO Asia no Wa (2019–2022), then established WEB KAUNDE in 2023, now dedicated full-time to employment and settlement support for Myanmar workers.
